Adapted from Alan Moore and Melinda Gebbie's 9/11 story of the same name. It could only be a minute long, so most of the content was cut out. So it's like every other Moore adaptation.
@Manos99 "Squeeze once if you understand" is from the last panel of the actual comic ("9-11: Artists Respond, Vol 1"). It's worth a read... I'm probably the last person that would buy a book about 9/11; a lot of the book did nothing for me, or disgusted me, or pissed me off, but it just once managed to actually engage me in a thoughtful AND emotional way - in the final pages of the book, which were Alan & Melinda's contribution. And in that context, the "squeeze once" thing isn't cheesy at all.
Quite good. Sometimes leans towards melodrama, and the final "Squeeze once if you understand" is a bit cheese, but that still puts you in the 2% of Alan Moore adaptations.
This is shit :-)

Am I crazy or is the voice of J. Elvis Weinstein in the mix there?
