I have had to CNC a new main shaft for a HK600GT it got bent and it was out 3 thou so i made a new one out of 303 stainless steel

A quick question from a fixed wing guy: It seems to me,that everyone that buy the HK-helis throw away most of the moving parts,and replace them with Align stuff. Is there money to be saved,or are people blinded by HK´s prices and then taken aback by HK´s "warranty and customer-service"? (Yes I´ve burned my fingers a couple of times) Or is a the genuine Align that much more expensive?

Did you have to modify the frames to get that T600 motor to fit?

@bzinfinity Yes. I cut it with a dremel just enought to fit the motor. She still has enough meat so dont worry about it.
