I guess it was made for the American market. They love all that aristocratic stuff and probably wouldn't have liked to have seen normal, hard working, debt ridden descendants; of which there are probably many!

@hatethetube I'm American and think it would have been better if they showed normal working class people. Because I know that there are many of them and would be cool to see that. I found this very boring.

I'm a relative as well. Henry is my first cousin, 16X removed. I'm related to him through his mother's sister, Princess Cicely, daughter of King Edward IV, who is my 16th Great-Grandfather.

Anne Boleyn is also a first cousin of mine, 15X removed. Thus I am also related to Katerine Howard.

I should point out that despite the title of this video, none of these people are actual descendants of Henry VIII himself, but his distant relatives and descendants of his closer relatives. They are not the same thing.

Queen Anne Boleyn did not have a sister who was another Anne Boleyn. That other Anne was her FATHER'S sister who married Sir John Shelton of whom my grandfather is a direct descendant.
