I was in high school when I first read this, on my own ( I mean this wasn't introduce to me or to any of my classmates in any subjects or lesson) but it has struck me since then, and has become one of my guiding principles in dealing with daily life.

I have this framed on my bedroom wall and I read it before I get up in the morning. It is certainly wise words to live by. Thankyou for this vid and the beautiful music.
