In Chapter 1 of 16 in his 2009 Capture Your Flag interview with host Erik Michielsen, "Start With Why" author Simon Sinek rethinks questions what should define success and fulfillment and whether the definition should be a feeling or an accumulation. Sinek discusses these issues in context of waking up every day being at peace with the live you lead and the decisions you make. View more at http://www.captureyourflag.com.

  • This is an interesting speaker, but posting 16 videos in random order with no numbering makes it almost impossible to watch in order. In fact making them 3 to 5 minutes long would have made the whole process easier. Thanks for your efforts.

  • @terrysteffen thanks for the feedback! We have playlists for each interviewee that allows you to watch the videos in order. This is important as we repeat interviews annually with guests so the playlists grow (Simon's Year 2 will be up in a month). Additionally, we edit by question and categorize each question by developmental themes as well. There is a playlist for each of the developmental themes on YouTube and then of course all of this is on CaptureYourFlag [dot] com.

  • @terrysteffen if you understand SEO & Social Media Science you would know that the average viewer only watches for 2 minutes max. Additionally YouTube won't count a view unless the video is played from start to finish. The more YouTube views, the more traffic (obviously). I too used to be annoyed by videos such as this, however once you understand the WHY you start to hop on board =) Pun Intended.

  • @JJbones88 thank you for the comment. We TOO can get annoyed w/ 2-3 minute short-form videos if the advertising is overkill or ill-matched. We do the short-form format for two reasons: 1) we can get the right video to the right viewer at the right time via partners & search; 2) allows for video curation into customized playlists our fans can create and also we can create on our website and on YouTube (we do this by career development theme and by interviewee - interviews repeat annually). - Erik
