What a great to the point tutorial. Thank you so much for sharing. I've got a question, in the 'markers' drop down you instruct to select 'chapter markers'. I notice that there is also a 'dvd studio pro markers' option. Why not choose that instead? What is the difference?

Great video, thanks!
Question: In order to prepare the clip for DVD Studio Pro, does exporting it as DV NTSC 48 Khz avoid the need to run the clip through Compressor?
-
thanx for the tutorial. just one question: does it work for idvd as well?
-
thank you!!! the manual for fcp is too confusing....
When exporting, why not choose 'compressor'. I'm attempting to export an hour and half concert. Will "quicktime' work?

Thanks for your question :) QuickTime will work. Compressor is also a great program to encode the video for DVD Studio Pro. This is the simple way to create a video file for DVD.

the markers in DVD Studio Pro are not as accurate as placing them in FCP :) That's why we place them with Final Cut.
