  • A/C TO RAREFY, D/C TO COMPRESS, STATIC WIND ORIGIN, STATIC WIND DESTINATION. DONE.

  • NO DUH.

  • WHILE WATCHING THIS I LOOKED AT MY ION AIR PURIFIER , WITH A LITTLE WORK , I VISITED ELVIS ON MARS.

  • Fascinating subject. Focus Magazine ran a feature on this topic years ago which discussed electro-aero control to generate thrust without resorting to conventional engines.

  • Awfully menacing song for the topic...

  • @SASNIGHTCRAWLER This allows airflow over the upper surface of a wing to remain attached during higher angles of attack, therefore allowing smaller wings to fly more highly loaded because a greater coefficient of lift is achieved. Sort of what leading edge slats do on stol aircraft, but this eliminates that mechanical feature which can induce a lot of drag during cruise.

  • Ionized air looks like ideal gas. By these reason, wind drag decreased and noise out from wind reduced. It allows to create economic and silent aircrafts... in theory. In practice, material overheated and burn off.
