2006 National Scholastic Indoor Track & Field Championships, New Balance Track & Field Center (The Armory), New York City - March 11, 2006

Ranked #1 in the US Bianca Knight makes it look easy, winning her semi in a time of 7.31.

Knight ends up winning two gold medals in the 60m (7.26) and the 200m (23.31). An awesome display of speed and power!

By the way, there were three sprinters from Canada in this semi-final. The top three from this heat advanced to the final.
