I remember hilton's broadcasting of the blizzard of 96, And I was only 12. Wfsb had the best team by far

I've been trying to remember a CT weatherman from the mid-90's with a southern accent, and swore it was on Ch. 3. I used to spend a night at the Sheraton at BDL airport whenever my college in SE Vermont let out, and loved 3, and remembered...apparently...this guy! Great clip!

HK started out in Washington, DC but the Post-Newsweek empire (which owned the station) shipped him off to Hartford.
