AMTK 80 w/ PV! Railfanning Cary, NC 9/28/08: NS 350, NS 349

I went down to railfan with Cory and Stephen near the Cary Amtrak station today. 80 had a nice PV observation on the rear, "Cannon Ball." He gave us a shave and a haircut as he left.

@Dragunov1Bros there is an Amtrak station just beyond the crossing.

what time does 349 AND 350 come trough cary

350 will be though sometime midmorning, depending on if he gets held in the sidings further west and if he has to work Durham...349 goes on duty at Glenwood Yard @ 11:30 a.m., and you can see him sometime between noon and 2 usually

Oh i got the dline from reading the csx abeerdeen sub operating instructions.

it's the H-Line from where it starts @ Greensboro; I've never heard of a D-Line around here

Really i thought this was the d line and then it turns into the H line at raliegh
