  • About the depression thing. I think George Carlin really helped me, once you realize that the world is going to hell, people are really stupid and there isn't much one can do, you can just become apathetic about it. And don't try to force yourself to become social it's not necessary and most people just aren't worth it.

  • I just realized i am a introvert or maybe accepted it. With that i can tell you sometimes i feel i think or drift off too much to point i wonder if anyone else think as much as i do? I only have a handful of friends where people who i know who are extrovert can gain friends where ever they go. These people even tell me i need to be more social and make new friends. i typically shy away from crowded places.

i began to look more into this introvert to discover why am i this way?

  • oh and i also hate going to the mall when there's a shit load of people!!

  • Great video I exactly feel the same way. It's a pretty tough life for us as we don't have that many friends..

  • Read some Rumi!!! yahhhhhhh!!! =)

  • Poetry. Write a poem and read it at an Open Mike Night. Don't ever change. Stay "Deep"! and Find the right people to be your friends. Be a poet.

  • Have you ever read anything by Kierkegaard? I would suggest Either/Or. It seems right up your alley.

  • I understand everything you go through. I never considered myself religious either, but I am very spiritual in many ways. My advice is to look up the lyrics and meaning for Tool's albums, specific songs I can suggest as the best would be 46 & 2, and Schism.

The best way to go is to try to break the wall as much as possible. The bricks keep stacking, but if you let them seal you into your own world, you might not escape. I hope this helps.

  • @longlegsandarms : wow, that's interesting....of course I'm very much like described and I AM a leftie...did you find any connection between being intro and leftie?..

  • That video fits me perfectly! There's nothing wrong with being a thinker and always wanting to do something productive; society only frowns upon it because it's the difficult path when really they need the thinkers of this world for society to progress. In terms of socializing, it seems like there are a lot of people like us; you could build an online network so you can bounce ideas off of like-minded people more often.

Stay strong, keep thinking, be yourself. :D
