I think it was a couple of ppl creating new charatcers and dying to spell something out. Dont know how they would die in a city though.

lol.. apparently he did this because he was a horde player and got killed by some alliance, and came back as alliance and told everyone he was gonna try and lag out the city because of it XD

he got almost the whole first district of SW filled before they banned him.
