@realrideracing lol that 962 is a lemans racing car while this isn't and it does have lots of restrictions if they wanted to go all out they would have. They made a car between zonda f street legal and a lemans car.Zonda beat ferrari 599xxx which are in the same category. And the driver of zonda said that he can go faster but it wasn't necessary.This car isn't a full blown racing car even top gear said it

That's 30 secs slower than Stefan Belof's run 25 years ago in a Porsche 962 with Group C engine and aerodynamic restrictions, and on the older rougher surface of the track. One would think that 25 years of technology, a complete lack of engine and aerodynamic restrictions, and a smoother track would result in a faster lap time. If I wanted a track car, I would get a 25 year old 962C. If I wanted a road legal car, I'd get something with a racing pedigree like a Ferrari.

@metalicarock
I wish you the best of luck. A road trip through South East Asia would be epic and I would envy you that.

If I recall correctly, it is open to the public between 5pm and 7.30pm on weekdays and between 2pm and 7pm on weekends. There may be some changes to this on and off season.
Also, there are lookout points from which you can observe closed events. A lot of car manufacturers use the track to test pre-production vehicles there, so if you're lucky you might get a glimpse of next years line up.
