hit the N key after your in sculpt mode. it will bring up a dialogue window with options. click draw in that then click on the model. you may also find it easier if you try sculpting on a sphere.

When I try using the scult tool to draw, nothing happens when I click on the left mouse. Does anyone know why?

theres a problem with that....when u parented the object to it in most animations with the body the head will fly off.....i kno this because i made a sword game and when i swung my sword the blade flew off cuz i parented it
