This song was huge for Bette Midler in 1990 winning grammys for best recording and song of the year and being featured in the movie "Beaches". But I knew and loved this from the Lee Greenwood and Gladys Knight $ the Pips recordings many years before Bette worked her magic with it. Anyway hope you like my version as much as I enjoyed singing it for you.
