Sex isn't just a physical act. Many would have you believe that, and would like to believe that, but it's not true. Emotional and even spiritual bonds are formed as well. That's why God warns us. Did you know that most marital problems come from issues that happened or began before the marriage itself? Can you imagine someone saying, "Wow, I sure am glad my husband/wife had all those sexual partners before we got married!" We are free to enjoy intimacy- safely within the bounds of marriage.

Why can't people understand the true meaning of the word celibacy? It does not mean "no sex until I get married",that is abstinence. Celibacy is to abstain from marriage, sex, dating, etc. for life mainly for religious meanings like a priest or monk.

celebacy was kind of forced upon me by my mom and church attending, as a teen it sux, in highschool you get looked at wrong for not going out and grabbing the girl that you want. i feel as if i would have been better off not knowing about this extremely hard way of life... thats just me.
