yep - we lifted a piano. Sure - jason and me could have just used a trolley. But instead we didn't. we put it onto the truck the exact same way. keep in mind - that means we carried it UP the ramp. Up as in - the enemy of gravity.

  • Actually, Docbogus is right, that is a European built piano, very light construction, looks impressive to lift, but actually not that heavy, really. Dried out a bit with age, too. Don't try this with equivalent size or bigger North American built piano. I have been wathing a lot of youtube piano moving vids, its pathetic what people try without the right equipment and a method.

  • hehe it wasn't too light no, and i do have equipment for it.... i just didn't feel like it. sometimes you just have to do stupid things hehe

  • My back hurts , only with seing this video lol , How can you do this ? I hope you will never have an injury , cause most of the time they can't cure this , and it hurts a lot. Keep that in mind !

  • i do it with vigour! lols. i only very rarely get something THIS heavy... so i try to enjoy it when it comes

  • and u couldnt push it becouse? lift with ur legs sunshine!

  • i refuse. refuse to push it and refuse to lift with my legs.

  • that is only a 2 pedal piano it can maximum weigh in at 200 kg in that size that shit dont impress me because the way you lift do that some few more times and the only thing you will be moving around is paperclips.. lift with your legs and keep your back straight

  • so fake

  • European piano arnt light mate. i move them for a living. The only european piano i come across is german and they arnt light buddy. Sure you need the right equipment to move them. In Oz with strap em to do stair, in yankee land i heard they use sleds and slide them around.

  • I move pianos for a living with a compony called f.m olde. All this talk about european pianos being light is crap. The only "european" piano i come aross is german. Theres no such thing as a light piano. The small ones start at 200kg.

  • 180kg, so that's about 90kg you both had to lift.. Nice =P.

  • You've been watching a lot of youtube piano moving video's? God damn man, that's just pitiful =/ sorry bro.
