How to make a slow rolling fushigi ball!

A video tutorial showing how to make a slow rolling ball, it's not really a magic ball, or a fushigi ball, thou it does look a bit like one. It's just a science 'trick' really.

I learned how to make it from this:

But they never show the internal motion, which was annoying. So I made my own and tested if it was any good for contact juggling.
