god damn those nasty parasites..mosquitos,fleas,thi
cks and all that garbage...i know they do play their role in nature but still...cant stand em -
She's doing just fine so far. I was expecting her to be really sluggish and weak and my boyfriend to have to carry her out to the bathroom and stuff. But nope! She's sleeping a lot, but her tail is constantly wagging and crawling all over us to give us kisses. I take that as a good sign!

My boy and I rescued a boxer from someone that was using her for a puppy mill and was going to put her down because she wasn't "useful". Not only did he mistreat her horribly, but she's heartworm positive. She's getting her first heartworm shot tomorrow and I'm a nervous wreck over it. He's lucky he didn't keep any of the pups and doesn't have any more animals in his care.

Thank you for rescuing this dog. We will keep our fingers crossed everything goes smoothly with the heartworm treatment!

We have a boxer we adopted two years ago and she also had very bad heartworms, but with treatment and lots of love, she's free from it. We just ran out of tablets...we are goin out to get some right now!! Thanks for making this video, its so sad...but so very true.

Thank you for watching our video & for giving this Boxer a home and keeping her free of this terrible disease. We need more people like you to help spread the word as some just aren't aware of the damage heartworms can do.
