Keiichi Tsuchiya - Dorikin (ドリキン)

(土屋 圭市)Tsuchiya Keiichi, is a professional racing driver. He is also known as the "Drift King" (ドリキン) for his nontraditional use of drifting in non-drifting racing events, and his role in popularizing drifting as a motorsport. He is also known for touge (mountain pass) driving.

Not sure on the title but I'm about 90% certain it's Ayumi Hamasaki. Last time I heard her was a few years ago and she had a few albums out that were all J-Pop/Dance. Cant find anything similar on youtube because all of the vids are of retarded youtube users trying to sing her songs.

If you like that kinda music, go download some of her albums from 2000-2005 (no idea what her musics like after 2005).
