"X Rated Sauce" by www.noosachilli.com.au.. From the Sunshine Coast of QLD Got this from Megan a while ago as loved their "Hot and Sweet" and this is their hotter sauce.

They grow their chilli's Organically and everything else is purchased locally so all Aust made.

X Rated,, an Oak Aged , Extremely hot, Habanero sauce No Preservatives added

Ingredients:
Chilli's
Vinegar
Salt
Xanthan gum

Whats it like ?
How Hot is it ?

Its UNREAL not vinegarish or overpowering Hab flavour, they seem to have Melded together in the Oak aging process to bring a nice fruityish flavour with a great sort of aged in Oak Flavour as well.

Heat Wise, couldn't be more impressed with a Habanero burn i think as this is Awesome, in fact came back for a 12 min later bit as was reallly impressed with the Burn / Level of and Time..

I couldn't recommend this More, it gets 2 thumbs up and will soo be getting more when this runs Out..

  • lucky didnt, some was in there and solidifed so wouldn't have come out, Plus would have taken a week to fill the spoon.

  • why they use so much vinegar in hot sauces?

  • to lower the Ph and stop bacteria and other stuff,, if watch the "wrath of God" sauce test, the Bottle explodes when open it due to the Ph we think, but its all been fixed now and the sauce just won an award, so yea Vinegar /lemon/lime juice is used to lower the Ph..

  • if ya ever had a bong and a naga seed has touched the cone, then lungs/ throat burn like crap and think you are going to die for 10 min as can't breath, have phone in hand bout to call an ambulance then the idea of a chilli (_(_____)~~ is Very Very Scary... was Part of the reason i Totally Gave up smoking a While ago..

  • ah, yeah. i just was wondering because some sauces with too much vinegar tastes like ass. (tabasco)

  • meatball's YEAAAA top idea, had some mixed into Pasta last night and that rocked, its great as not have to use heaps so can add to basically anyhthing.
