  • Omg..I got chills watching this video..everything that made wrestling what it was to me..so well done..greatest tribute to these great warriors I ever seen..thanks for uploading..

  • @TheFdale, There was certainly less "action," but there was more storytelling and arguably better angles as there were not so many. You can certainly make the case that WWE draws more money, more people per show and has more TV exposure, but only if you compare them to one regional company. If you took all the regional companies and combined their revenue, their attendance numbers and the number of eyeballs seeing them each week, it's another story. But it's an apples and oranges comparison.

  • @speedbuggy In my opinion, TRUER words were NEVER spoken! In my opinion, it REALLY IS disappointing to see how wrestling has gone from "staged combat between good and evil" to being "stand up (comedy)," or a skit from Saturday Night Live, or a "Las Vegas musical inside the 'squared circle!'"

  • This is great footage from over the years, thanks for the memories. :)

  • Jim Crockett Promotion's was the best around Bar none. but after Turner took over it went down hill. Turner may have liked Wrestling but he was not serious about it. It was just another Toy on his list of things to buy. NWO for it's time as good but I agree with others who posted...it had no place in this video other then that nice job.

  • I am working on Jerry Oates newly designed website.......watch my profile for updates on status of site!!

  • YOU TALK ABOUT BLOOD AND BROKEN BONES, MID ATLANTIC AND GEORGIA IN THE 60'S AND 70'S

  • I enjoyed this until I saw NWO....thanks for leaving Hogan,Bishoff and Russo out, that would have ruined it.....but great footage from the glory days :)
