Easy 750k in Peggle

Use the rabbit (I forget his name) and get flippers AND triple score on the first ball on the Pearl Clam level. It takes patience to get the right flippers/triple score combo on the first ball, so keep trying! It's faster than trying to do it on the funkin' DNA level. At least for me it is.

I tried this for a lot of hours and just couldn't get it to sit right. Very close, but just not effective enough... too random! Getting it in 30 mins is insanely lucky! :)

I think you just happened to be very unlucky. There are 8 characters with special abilities other than the rabbit, so the chances of getting the right combination should be 8*8/2 = 32 restarts on average for the proper combination of green. Divide by two because it doesn't matter which comes first, flippers or the triple score, so long as you get them both in one shot.

Now, what math nerd out there will correct me first?

Hey, guess what? I did it! Took over an hour each day for a week, but I finally got the combo! Didn't get 750k in the first shot, but I was roughly 100k away from getting the goal. Thanks for the encouragement you gave me the other day.

Oh yeah! Good to hear you did it. I'm glad my (unexpected) encouragement helped. I can't believe it took a week! That's insane! Would you start out the level, get the wrong combination and continue the level or instantly restart? If you were playing out the level as opposed to instantly restarting it, I could see how that might take a week.

Can't tell you how many times I saw the arrow either simply land on Magic Hat and Extra Ball and another character's ability or just barely pass Flippers or Triple Score to land on them. I even clicked on the spinning wheel while it was spinning, because that saves a second or two by jumping directly to what it would land on. Man, was this frustrating!

I got this combo on my first go. It helped me get to 750k.

the chance of both flippers and triple score is 1/144.. adding up to that that you're going to want to reach the purple one makes it even smaller..

Actually you have a 1/8 chance for the flippers to be on the wheel an a 1/4 chance to land on it. So therefore you have a 1/32 chance of getting the flippers but you still have to get the triple score which is another 1/4 so your probability of all three would be 1/128.
