The Mississippi Mass Choir is an American gospel choir based in Jackson, Mississippi.

Under the musical direction of David R. Curry Jr., and under the choir direction of Dorcus Curry Thigpen, the 100-member choir developed a sound that made them a constant presence on Billboard's gospel charts. Each of their recordings have reached the top position on the charts. Their debut album, Live, recorded during a 1988 performance at the Jackson Municipal Auditorium, remained on the charts for 45 weeks and earned the group James Cleveland GMWA awards as Contemporary Choir of the Year and Best New Traditional Artist of the Year

for the past 2 weeks I've been just too sad to even speek about my true feelings, then today, I stumbled across this video and "I feel like going on"

@kendellmacon08 Hi I understand your pain.. I have walked in your shoes... I lost my parents a month apart.. It wasn't expected but God called them home. This took place in 1994 and its still hard for me, but we have to stay strong and make them proud. I'm sure you are holding things down and your parents are so proud of you.. I truly believe mine are... God Bless You and your family and know that they are looking down on you and smiling.... :-)

I feel you, after losing my 17 year old daughter in Dec 2010, I have my days that I cant stop my tears and it gets lonely with out my friend, may GOD continue to keep you lifted up and keep on going on as I am trying each day by day
