Hot, hot, hot! I'd love to see a vid where you tell us all about how it happened and how bad the pain is. Is there a lot of swelling and bruising?

@bastinadofan there was some swelling but not bruising. the pain sure was there though. i could hear the ligament creaking when I flexed my ankle. thankfully the pain is pretty much gone now but I'm still wearing the brace when I walk long distances.

Looks like the brace is doing it's job. How long will you wear that and be on the crutches?

@TibFibCast will probably wear the brace for a good while, the doc said it will take a long time to heal, torn ligaments take longer to heal than breaks or sprains. crutches, only when the pain is bad.
