  • Wonderful how the expression comes from within the printed page. Though I think I'm right in thinking H learnt pieces then dispensed with the score. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I wouldn't think Scarlatti put in much in the way of dynamics though.

  • @JoannaJakmaDesign Well, my tutor said she believes Scarlatti certainly didn't write the piece in Andante Moderator for the harpsichord. Andante Moderator is just an edition tempo.
