I believe there are 2 "Air Force Ones", so even if this wasn't the one Obama was using (assuming he was traveling somewhere today), it would have been available. As Ace0fC1ubs pointed out, 200 feet is nothing in a jumbo jet. Even a little bit of unexpected turbulence could have made things dicey when the plane was flying that close to some of the buildings. I have to question the DoD's or the President's judgment on this.

As for your cute conspiracy Air Force one is a distinct aircraft and even if the government did fly a plane into the WTC during 9/11 nobody would be dumb enough to use their own government aircraft.
