the woosh is the murmur sound. most murmurs are harmless unless a doctor tells you otherwise. i have a flow murmur (innocent heart murmur) that comes and goes with increased blood flow (physical activity) or when i take a deep breath. no biggie.

is it because the microphone or the crackle in each heart beat has to be present in heart murmur condition?

d problem here is to knw which sound is s1 & which is s2 which cn only be identified by simultaneous palation f d carotid artery....so it could either be a MS wd opening snap r aortic stenosis ed ejection click.more likely it is MS as d murmur is not crescendo decrescendo but f almost similar intensity
