Selena Quintanilla's neighborhood tribute party in Corpus Christi, Texas on 3/31/08

A local tejano dj Sylvia D (the nice lady with the white hat on)makes sure this block party happens every year on the anniversary of Selena's death. It takes place only a few blocks from where Selena grew up in the Molina neighborhood. Carolina Saenz is performing Selena's "Baila Esta Cumbia" here, and her performance is great. Sorry for the bad audio, digital camera. RIP SELENA...we love you and miss you :)

Great video, all i have to say is growing up in the 90's listening to selena I am still very happy people in molina celebrate it. My family lives right on bloomington st, in a big 2 story blue and white house. keep the memory alive

all i can say is, Selena you are and will always be the best. i grew up in molina and i love the way the people of corpus christi has kept her alive. my grandparents actually live right across the new elementary school they just got done rebuilding.
