just a quick demo...this is what were fgoing to be doing...you would have to try it to see whats good with it...but its great for your abs, legs, arms...core...and just gettinbg familuer with your self, one of the things all should know is how to get down, and get up...you would be surprized at how many cant..so on that note..keep doing it
