the first one was with a shirt, you can see it under his tshirt as he walks away after the lift. 2nd bencher also. none of these are raw.

I believe single-ply shirts were worn under their t-shirts. So, they have some help, but they are not the 2x or 3x material like some people use. still pretty legit.

no it was not rawr you can tell by under their shirts they have a bench shirt on the first guy you could tell cause of the logo on his arm and when he was walking the way the way he kept his arms in the air and elevated it was easily noticed he had a shirt on

hard to explain lol pretty much acts as a spring in a way idk how to explain it try searching it on the web or something if you really want to know
