Cheating, Lying, and Dying

This is a film for the first annual KC CreepFest contest 2009. It is my first film attempt and thankfully had the assistance of Avila's Microcinema during pre-production and shooting. The dead dad scene has a strange issue, there was supposed to be a cloaked demon eating his guts, but I was just too ambitious and didn't know how to do any effects, nor did I have time before the deadline to get assistance. It was fun, and I'm proud for a first try.

yeah, I know. The story is, there was supposed to be a demon that posesses the kids and in that shot the demon was eating his guts. The deadline came sooner than I could organize help with After Effects, and that was the footage we had, so not a lot could be done. Gotta love it though. Good prep for next time.
