~[~Mia's POV~]~




" Hey Mia!" I heard Joe yell.
" What?" I called back. I was sitting on the couch channel surfing when he ran in from the kitchen.
" Guess what I just found out!" He yelled excitedly.
"And what would that be?" I asked, laughing at him.
"I just found out that if you say green beans really slow, it sounds just like gullible." He said.
"Really?! ggggrrreeeeeennn bbbeeeaaannnsss." Maybe I'm doing it wrong... A smile was slowly spreading across Joe's face. Wait a minute.I know that smile. "Grrugh! Joe! What's wrong with you?! You have to be the most a-"{A/N:how many of you guys did that? I did it the first time I heard it.haha}
"Aww come on mia! I'm just havin' fun." He interrupted. "Don't get all emotional." He said pouting.
I rolled my eyes and brought my attention back to the T.V. Joe plopped down on the couch next to me. We were watching television for about a half-hour before we heard the doorbell.
"I'll get it!" Joe said. He ran out to the front hall and I heard the door open. I could over-hear Joe say hi and en the person at the door start hyperventlating. Oh boy. Not another one.{A/N: I would probably start hyperventilating too:) } I got up and ran to the front door. I saw Joe laughing and then my friend at the door with her eyes glazed over.
I waved my hand in front of her face. "Earth to Michelle!"
"You know her?" Joe stoped laughing immediatly and Michelle's eyes came alive and she fixed a glare on me.
What did I miss?

I forgot how much working here really sucked. 'Give me this'...'You forgot this'....'Can't you do anything right?'...Ugh.
This job makes me think too much of that summer too. I mean,who would want to be constantly reminded of heartbreak.
I decided to sit on a chair behind the counter and just rest my eyes.
I must have dozed of because I was woken up by some yelling.
"Hello?....Hey....Are you awake?!"
That voice sounded soo familiar. Too familiar. Like I've been thinking about it all day.
No.
It couldn't be. I opened my eyes a little just to see if it was.OHHMIIGOD!
My eyes flew open and my already half-pushed-back chair fell back taking me with it. Crap. Nice way to start a reunion. I heard him run behind the counter and kneel next to me. I was already starting to get up. He looked at me and after a couple of seconds and relization hit him and his eyes flew open and his jaw dropped.
"Hi." I said in a small voice. Ow, my head hurts. And I'm not sure for which reason.
