I own an M5 and at first I was a skeptic about these runs, but when comparing them to your other videos, everything seems to check out. I owned an e90 too, happy to see someone kicking ass in one.

Your launches and the way the 335xi puts the power down is incredible.

Apriliafan.. With the best launch in the m5 it still wouldnt touch a tuned 335 . Tuned 335's do 0-60 in around 3.5 seconds . Torque monsters

@Firepoule Hi. I will attempt to answer all your question. 1- no problem for this engine to handle 500+hp, 2- switch map 8 to map 13...maybe 0.05 beter on 0-60...not much. For 3.1x 0-60...probably with a shot of nitrus., 3- After 46 000 miles = 1 pump fail (around 25 000 miles). Anyway we have 10 years of warrenty for this pump.

@Firepoule Does that wear on the engine putting that much extra stress on it? Or can the BMW handle it? What gains do you get from switching from map 8 to map 13? If you were getting 0-60 in 3.5 w/ map 8 you are probably down to 3.0-3.1 with 10-13, am I right? Has your fuel pump gone on you a few times? My friend just got JB3 and his pump already went lol.

4500-4700 rpm. Just release the cluth very fast (no dump) and press gas pedal sametime. See my vidoe 335xi jb3 0-60mph at 3.58 for the result. Thanks

Nice run! I love smoking cars in my 335xi jb3 too... such a sleeper. What do you recommend is the best launch technique? Do you dump the clutch?? Curious...
