Even if I have reached a plateau, I am not worried. I lost three pounds last week and two the week before. My body may just be catching up with itself. I know that next week I will lose again, but you can bet I will be returning to last week's eating regimen as soon as possible!
This week was a lot more relaxed than last, my eating regimen changed just slightly, I felt good and actually felt like I was losing and getting smaller. Imagine my surprise when the scale did not budge.
I probably exercised about the same amount but was running around considerable less.
My % fat went don though so maybe I built a little muscle and that's always a good thing, especially for long-term results. Check out my progress.
Remember to celebrate your small victories. Think of your journey as a marathon, not a sprint. Learn from the experiences you are having along the way - really pay attention to your body and how you are feeling - this can be another key aspect of keeping all that weight off permanently.
