  • I've read a few places and seen in a few videos that this is a terrible choice to work obliques and is not good for you knee at all since the joint is made to go front to back and not side to side.

  • I am performing this exercise only with athletes that dont have troubles with their knees and i dont do them often. You are right, because it puts heavy stress on knee.
