Can I use my s4 with 2 cdjs with traktor?

@cuiter23 Yes you can. I assume you want to use the S4 to control Traktor and the two CDJs as normal CD players? If that is what you mean, then yes, the S4 has two inputs so you can plug in CD players or even Turntables if you are totally ol'school :)

@cuiter23 Ooh, now that, i'm afraid I cant answer as I have not tried it, but if you using all your own mapping for the S4 and add mapping for the CDJs, yes you can in Traktor setup programming for 2+ midi controllers. I can't think of why you would want to though. The S4 is programmed for Trakor and the software it comes with, and you really don't want to have 2 different types of platter to work with at a gig do you? I assume you want all 4 decks available via jog instead of just 2?

ive tried to do the same with my djm and cdj 350 but i cant manage to do it.. i can only hear the music through one channel.. would u be able to tell me how plz? thx @andrecato

@leeguay Hey, can you please be a bit more specific? You have tried to do what? Control Traktor with your CDJ350 or something else? Why would you expect it to play through more than 1 channel? Or are you talking about the comment below about something else that someone commented on... ? Cheers mate! If you are simply wondering how to get Traktor to play to your mixer in seperate channels, you need a soundcard or map your DJM as a controller... Please clarify...

@andrecato You can map modifieres and use 1 unused button of the cdj to trigger the modifier to change to the other deck (A to C and B to D). advanced mapping techniques and knowledge are required to do this

hello there, i just tyraded my djm 800 & 2x cdj 400 to djm 900 nexus & 2x cdj 400. should i use the same setup i have on my old gear which is traktor pro 2 running them into audio 8 soundcard ? or should i go to audio midi setup on mac os x to create aggregate racks for cdj 2000's ? please advice, thank u !
