hey whats up MC, im sorry if you already answered this but what do you do exactly to "learn and experience" the language when studying? for example what kind of activities or resources? im learning mandarin btw. thanks from toronto!

@africaRBG I'd say to study from a text book then watch media on that language. And the reason I say watch media is because it's best way to retain knowledge by seeing it and look back and remember. like "hey I know this I watched it on etc." And right there my friend you just made an experience. good luck studying man!

I agree with you MC, I like this info a lot. However, I have a question. So how do you learn Kanji? I have the Remembering the Kanji book part 1, so how do I study w/o memorizing the kanji? Are the mnemonics supposed to help you learn? I think it helps, but still, memorizing is still important in keeping up with the stories of RTK. What do you think?
