i have the usb plugged in and the only thing mine does is charge. my compuer doesnt recognize it at all

@SailorMeowify This is because its an Android device and many computers have hard times recognizing it. I would recommend to plug it into the USB port on the back of your computer. If you plug it in and it shows as a removeable drive and doesn't let you access the content I want you to hit START, SHUTDOWN, LOGOFF and then log back in, this works for me.

@sueryun No, you would have to convert your Kindle books to EPUB, if you have purchased them from Amazon you are out of luck

i've plugged in my nook and the USB mode dialogue has popped up but adobe digital editions isn't recognizing it. i'm using mac, do you think that's the problem? thanks in advance.

@sueryun yes you can. You have to do some tricks but you can convert your kindle books to read on this device. Or you could root it and download the Kindle app. If you have more questions DM me
