Good to hear someone actually going to do somehting and I agree with you Chazman, build it back up and be more careful who we let in, this is not a flophouse. I agree with you, but-- forming your grievance as an angry hip-hopper distracts from your point. Study Ronald Reagan or Newt Gingrich. They are/were incredibly effective speakers. The plain truth without the music bed, straight up, will really hit home.
