The verbatim script follows below...

Angela Rosecrans: "So were you just shipping them out to make a quick buck? Jeff Nixon: "Nope, I can do that right here we can do that right here we're proving that right now we just received our first 10,000 deposit for all of our e-waste." JEFF NIXON, THE OWNER OF EARTH-E-CYCLE RESPONDING TO ALLEGATIONS FROM THE BASEL ACTION NETWORK SAYING THE COMPANY HAS NOT BEEN IMPROPERLY RECYCLING E-WASTE. NIXON SAYS THE ALLEGATIONS ARE SIMPLY NOT TRUE.

Jeff Nixon/ EarthECycle "Where there are improprieties we will absolutely accept the consequences and apologize for them and correct them right now we are not in any violation THE BASEL ACTION NETWORK OR BAN ISSUED A REPORT POINTING OUT SEVERAL ALLEGATIONS AGAINST THE TULSA BASED E-RECYCLING COMPANY. AMONG THE ALLEGATIONS: BAN SAYS EARTH-E-CYCLE TOOK ELECTRONICS INTENDED TO BE RECYCLED AND SHIPPED THEM OFF TO THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES.

Michael Patton "You can separate the valuable materials from a computer either a legal way, a safe way or you can take a quick way and the quick way usually involves third world countries so this e-stewardship group the Basel Action Network was formed to make sure the American companies were going to the right thing so it's hard to dispute their charges." MICHAEL PATTON WITH THE METROPOLITIAN ENVIRONMENTAL TRUST ATHORITY IN TULSA SAYS HIS GROUP IS ALSO DOING THEIR OWN INVESTIGATION OF EARTH-E-CYLE.

PATTON "we're trying to track the and make sure that the companies we do business with...these allegations do concern us so we're doing an investigation TRACI PHILLIPS OF NATURAL EVOLUTION, INC., ANOTHER E-WASTE COMPANY SAYS SHE BELIEVES THE COMPANY WAS TAKING SHORT CUTS IN AN EFFORT TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK.

Traci Phillips/ Natural Evolution, Inc. "We have a saying if it looks too good it probably is if it doesn't make good economic sense and if you can't track everything all the way then there's no reason to do it." THE OLD COMPUTERS AND OTHER OUTDATE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT WAS PART OF A RECYCLING FUND RAISER FOR THE WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA HUMANE SOCIETY WHICH STILL EXPECTS TO COLLECT 150-THOUSAND DOLLARS. THE ISSUE REMAINS HOWEVER, DID THE TULSA COMPANY PROPERLY RECYCLE THE MATERIAL.

IN TULSA, ANGELA ROSECRANS, THE OKALHOMA NEWS REPORT.
