My girlfriend's little sister took her first steps at the age of 18. She has a genetic defect called Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome which causes developmental impairment. With the help of reconstructive surgery on her feet and the tireless effort of her family and caretakers she was able to take her first unassisted steps in her 18 years of life. Enjoy the video!
