Video Guitars are the Future of Live Music

Which comes first, the music or the video? The question is moot now that artisan Ben Lewry of Visionary Instruments, has built an LCD video display into his guitar. After several prototypes, his custom video guitars now can run visualizations or movies by simply popping in a USB thumbdrive into a back panel. Visualizations can even be triggered with MIDI signals by playing the guitar. Steven Wilson, of Porcupine Tree, was so taken by Bens designs that hes now rocking a video guitar to sold out shows around the world.

I know Ben. I used to take my guitars to him at Mr. Music in Allston, MA (Boston).

He is the nicest guy you will ever meet and a great luthier. He has done work on my acoustic and electric guitars, pedalboard and my dobro. the dobro was a pain in the neck but he did an unbelievable job and i never had to deal with it again!

I dig the TV guitar, ONE DAY I WILL HAVE ONE!

LMAO. Dude, I told you to use the strat but OH NOOOOO, you had to be a bigshot and use the Flying V instead, Ive never seen skin stretch like that in my life. Anyway, Give my best to Dieter and make sure you change the gauze pads every few days.

Yea, its still got some scars but im putting some anal cream on them in hope that they will heal. I've been doing it for five years but i know tomorrow ill see some improvement.
