That was 100% incorrect.... that was a strangle hold, cutting off the wind through the trachea/windpipe ...it takes a while to choke someone out of it with a wind choke... what you're supposed to do is get the elbow under the chin... and squeeze on the sides of the neck between the forearm and the bicep.. it's a BLOOD CHOKE ..THIS, is 100% incorrect technique. lol

@natedogg58341 No. The point is do disable the attacker, not have a murder case on your hands. Even further, if you did this in a competition, MMA, or BJJ, you would be instantly disqualified. This honestly should not be grouped in with the rear naked choke, its more of crushing the trachea, not choking.
