  • So if the Constitution madates a Republican firm of government how is the Democratic party constitutional?

  • Freedom is why. You can name a party whatever you want. It's just semantics. Certainly the Republican party has been no more supportive of a Constitutional Government than the Democrats. The two parties are just two wings of the american socialists and their policies over the last 70-90 years prove it.

  • Fortunately, our constitution is based in habeas corpus common law.

  • 5 stars ..But lets be honest The only reason a Constitutional Monarchy here in the UK and Constitutional Republic in the USA Has worked "Until now it seems" Has been because the Oligarchy behind both our countries have had it in their best interests to let us do so..Now we are heading towards Globalization the reverse is true ..A Republic based solely on the rule of Law can be changed just as easily as a Democratic Majority Rule ..I Prefer Habeas Corpus UK Common Law to Corpus Juris Canon Law

  • @ToxicOdiousOne Democratic party by name only.

  • Sadly, this is an example of disinformation.

GOVERNMENT (Republican Form of Government)- One in which the powers of sovereignty are vested in the people and are exercised by the people,... directly...

As the Declaration of Independence states: job # 1 = secure rights, job #2 = govern those who consent.

  • Republic means it comes from the people meaning we elect representatives from where we live and hopefully they, vote for things that are in favor of where we live and it can never be in favor of what an individual wants 100% of the time but if you have a moderate and conservative and mathematically true view of reality and civil society than things that are no possible do not worry you (which is why I do not worry).

  • This excerpt from "Overview of America" is one of the best videos produced by The John Birch Society.

  • OR there is a third possibility...an oligarchy will naturally emerge from the elite control of policy, the hallmark of a republic. Where are all the failed democracies of history? Greece? No, they discovered the concept but the power in Greece was limited to the male citizens. Rome? No, Rome went from monarchy right into republic. So where are all these self-destructed democracies? They are NO WHERE. Imo, democracy has been dismissed by those who have a vested interest in elite control. :)>-

  • If the Majority does not rule, but rather the Law rules. But the Constitution was written by a few, therefore the law is the front many for an oligarchy. Or did the majority make the law making it a front man for democracy.

I don't think this shows what a republic really is. What is the Law? Why did it become the law?

  • Great video - something people in America needs to re-learn

  • this thing needs become viral
