These were all done manually with a medicine dropper. There is a short tutorial for these early one on my Flickr stream in my "How It's Done" folder called "Humble Beginnings".

@Andyfrog321 Most of them were done on a Canon EOS 50D.
A few were done on a Canon EOS Rebel XTi
I use a Canon EF 100mm.f2.8 macro usm lens.
