The man in the video is named Steven Anderson. He makes a habit of harassing law enforcement. Anderson got a few abrasions when he resisted officer awhile back. Some of his brainwashed followers from Youtube like Reggieworth actually paid his medical bills via Paypal.
One of Anderson's cult members brought an AR-15 to where Obama was giving a speech. Anderson's ok with that, but no ok with officers having the same rifle.
