i think triple h already has turned heel because of undertaker's return and how he was making fun of shawn michaels while talking backstage with john laurinaitis.

"listen,i know shawn and he's out in the middle of nowhere doing a hunting show right now."

not to mention how he said he didn't want to face undertaker because undertaker "couldn't leave the ring under his own power" basically telling undertaker that triple h was better than him.it's just my opinion but i think he's already a heel.
