  • What about a more precise Constitution (immune system) without the same fatal flaws of the current one? You haven't addressed that from a Heinleinian perspective. Such as: a legislature of repeal, etc...

  • The root of the problem is monopoly power. No matter what system of checks and balances are put in place; give someone monopoly power over others and with time that power will grow.

  • I'm sorry-I thought that's what the Constitution already said..."by the consent of the governed..."

How has that worked out so far? What do you mean I can't think outside of the current paradigm?Words on paper mean absolutely nothing, also If a govt. does things Voluntarily,THEY QUIT BEING A GOVT. and become a private company.Govt. is force.

I see right where you are coming from-you believe in this shit called "Law"-hah!

Words scribbled on paper bind nobody-even "Common Law".

  • Does your solution require more intellect from people than what they have? Would your voluntaryist prisons put more people in power than the current prison system, if people were poor? Maybe. The common law courts no longer exist (as Ian knows, with his jury rights activism). But they worked relatively well before the prohibitionists took over, and the media was making them work better every day. Would your system eliminate nonpayers from DRO juries? Most offenders will be nonpayers.

  • To Sam: I agree, but not with the 2nd part. Says what law? You have no proof of this.

to THAWK3: Wake up. I'm with you, 99%. ...You don't "impose it". It's voluntaryist, and you're free to withold consent. People consent to it, and voluntarily finance it. It's still a protectorate, or a government, it's just automatically checked by being voluntarily paid for as it goes. The problem is you can't think outside the current paradigm, and haven't thought through the alternatives...

  • And how do you impose it?Without consent to be governed by that document or another, again you are using force to impose your beliefs on somebody else.

When did you sign your name to be governed by the constitution.Where is your "Social Contract"?All of these people in this video know-There is no such thing as a "State","Citizen","Constitution",or "Social Contract".

They are all mental constructs-fictions of the mind.

These are the chains that enslave your mind.

  • Every generation tries the same "solutions" because people die. They die ignorant...
