As stated below, the narration is done by my autistic son. Speech delays (or in many cases, being completely non-verbal) are a common trait in persons with autism.
So, bulldog, we all "deffinatly" can't be as perfect as you.
He doesn't speak well - he's autistic.
You're a jerk - what's your excuse?

God Bless+ I must say when I first heard the narration I didn't even realize the kid had any disabilities. Honestly sounded Just like a kid having Fun with his book! until the comment caught my eye and read it. having a child with a disability is not easy and every step they make towards progress makes us parents proud, God gives some special situations only for people who can handle them. The kids can do a lot and they do realy progress immensely, they just need the parents who belive in them.

You should be proud! This is a great retelling of the story - especially for a child that is mainly non-verbal due to his autism. I am an Early Childhood Education professor and I will be showing this to my classes as an uplifting example of what exceptional children can do and how children's literature is a great tool to work with children with disabilities.
Thank you for sharing your son's accomplishment!

I've been a daycare provider since 2001. I have had the pleasure of working with children of all abilities including children with autism. You son did a beautiful job with this. For being non verbal at four and being able to read the story so clearly by 8 shows how far he has come. My prayers are for continued success. What everyone needs to understand is that autism isn't the end. These children are amazing & can do amazing things if only given the chance. Bulldog read up and soften your heart.

*Well, it's a children's book, read by a small child. He is autistic, and maybe 7 or 8 at the time we did this. It was originally just a fun family project. He is mainly non-verbal, so we were all very proud of his enthusiastic performance!
